Accomodations & Travel Arrangements
The Cornea Society is pleased to provide round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations for all program participants!
Once an application is processed, the cornea fellow will receive detailed instructions on booking airfare and hotel.
For attendees’ convenience, all airfare will be handled directly through our corporate travel agency, Travel Direct. Airfare will be charged directly to the Cornea Society. Attendees should NOT book travel on their own; the Cornea Society will not, under any circumstances, provide reimbursement for any airfare booked outside the official travel agency portal.
All hotel reservations will be handled directly by the Cornea Society. The negotiated group rate and associated tax(es) will be billed directly to the Cornea Society. Attendees will be responsible for any incidentals billed to their rooms.
Program attendees will be provided standard, non-smoking, single-occupancy hotel rooms, with arrival on Thursday, October 14, 2020 and departure on Sunday, October 18, 2020.
